ACCOMMODATION POLICY
The terms and conditions of the holiday letting as agreed to by both parties are as follows and departure from same by you permits the owner to refuse the key, amend the charge, or immediately terminate the occupancy.
1. The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the receipt.
2. Premises are available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and are to be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
3. All payments are to be paid in full prior to departure.
4. In the event of a cancelled booking by you, the deposit is not refundable unless the premises are rebooked for that entire period.
5. The booking is made in good faith by Apollo Jewel but may be subject to any change as may be notified by the owner prior to the commencement of the booking.
6. All bed and bathroom linen are provided but guests should bring their own beach towels.
7. Pets are not allowed on or about the premises.
8. No responsibility is taken for occupants’ personal property left on the premises.
9. No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers.
10. Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported to the owner/manager and paid for immediately, if required.
11. Apollo Jewel reserves the right to apply a bond on our holiday premises if considered necessary.
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
